In all we made about 5 stops, tasting meatballs, aperitif, ice cream ( simply the best ever), pastries and ended up with a typical italian pizza lunch. I won't give away the secret of what makes this tour special by describing the hidden treasures where we were taken to sample gorgeous parma ham and culatello (which is the meaty hind part of the pig). It was a monday morning that we met with mirella who was a real sweetheart sharing with us what it is to live in milan and in the brera neighbourhood which is the upperclass neighbourhood where the women don luxury scarves to pick up flowers and groceries from the street market.
